Risk Showdown

Today, A said that she was “being an adult” and going through and deleting emails from her inbox. She was also unsubscribing from lots of companies that send her lots of email. She deleted thousands! She is very happy. No more Revolve, Lulu, BBYO (!), United, Amtrak, etc.

Dad and N are playing an epic game of Risk that is taking many nights and causing lots of cursing and stress. N literally counts the minutes for Dad to come home so that they can play. He’s obsessed. I am so glad I am not playing this game.

I finally finished the New Yorker puzzle that A gave me. It’s the hardest puzzle I’ve ever done. I glued it last night and it looks great. A wants to hang it up!

There was a missing piece at the end. I think Dad felt bad because it likely got lost during the Nebagamon reunion, and he created a piece out of the box top. You can sort of see it but it looks good. Better than a gaping hole.

Finally M said she got lots of compliments on this scarf today, which she got at Portobello Market.

Ok, I got a shingles vaccine today because I am OLD and now I need to go to bed.
