N IS BACK!

So, it has been a week!

N arrived home from camp on Monday night. We were so excited to see him! He was hoarse, seems taller and skinnier than before he left, and seemed a bit dazed and confused from the sudden transition from camp. He seems better now. He has been relaxing at home, hanging with Nana, seeing Grandma Sandy and Grampy, sleeping late and getting reacquainted with his iPad. Today he came to the store for a bit and sampled the new ice cream place (he got a “flight” of 6 mini scoops) and the new bakery that sells mochi donuts, and then did some geometry review in the back of the store. He has a lot to do before school starts.

We are so happy he’s home!

Meanwhile this is the girls’ last weeks at their internships. A gave a HUGE presentation today that she worked really hard on over the last week. It was a big success. She freaked out on Monday night and then revamped the whole thing and made it a lot better. M also had a presentation today. Sounds like it also went really well. Both girls loved their summer jobs, which is really really great. M has also been hosting a lot of dinner parties which she loves to do.

A moves tomorrow to her house where she will live senior year. M is off tomorrow (?) maybe. And then we leave for Peru very very early on Saturday AM. Lots of prep and packing to do tomorrow (plus a whole day at the store).

I will post from Peru!
