Today was Mother's Day and it was a good one.

This morning I had the privilege of watching M play goalie. She had a lot of saves and did a great job. The team they played was very good and it was rainy and the ball was slippery. In the end they lost 2-1 but I thought they played a really good game. Jorge got a yellow card!

M also made delicious pancakes this AM. I love her pancakes.

After the game I worked out and then we went to look at a few houses. Then some errands and then I got to go shoe shopping, which I really wanted to do today. 

But the best part of the night was going out to dinner at Q. Grandma Sandy joined us for Mother's Day dinner and we had a very nice time. I feel very lucky! I got great cards and DC stationery and a yummy dinner with the people I love most.
