Today was the Nats home opener. It did not go well.

Meanwhile, the kids were at school and it sounds like a typical day. M&A couldn't eat most of their lunch, bc their time was truncated, bc the boys had to have a "special talk" with the 8th grade principal about not touching each other's private parts. Welcome to Deal.

Wow, Nate recited the 50 states to me going from west to east! I knew he was good with geography from our maps unit, but he is blowing me away and now wants to know all the capitals too. I think he's going to quiz me on country capitals next…​love his enthusiasm!
