Rainy Day

Today was a very rainy, windy day. That meant that Dad had a very difficult kickoff for his ride from Pittsburgh to Harper's Ferry -he changed into dry clothes three times and is very tired. But he did well! It also meant that N had a miserable soccer game – on turf, so not rained out. He was SO wet and cold at the end. But the good news is that his team scored its first goal and they won 1-0!

A funny N anecdote: Yesterday there was a Zoom to hear about the new 6th grade Tuesday  night Hebrew school program at TSRS. Cantor Robins mentioned that they will provide dinner on Tuesdays before the class starts, and then a snack later on in the evening. I was trying to listen to what she was saying during the rest of the session, and I couldn't focus because N kept asking me to ask her what SPECIFICALLY and the dinner would be and what SPECIFICALLY the snack would be. So I had to ask in the chat, and she answered the questions for us. Sigh.
