This weekend, we are all going in different directions!
Today N had a soccer game and a birthday party (next door at Livia's). After he got home, he wanted to go back and see if there were still kids there. So he ended up watching her open presents (the Daultons are very patient). Then he wanted to go back AGAIN to see if Livia was playing with his present (a Playmobil coffeeshop).
M had Model UN all afternoon. She won a Verbal Commendation for her position paper. She represented a very difficult position: she had to argue Iraq's position on Syria. Daddy hooked her up with some subject matter experts this morning and M wrote a great paper.
A was home today working on a math test and SSAT prep. Tonight, both she and M babysat for Dax again. The night went much later than we all expected and I was getting texts saying that they were starving and cold. Thankfully, they are now home. It was a long night of babysitting (4+ hours).
Tomorrow, A has a tennis lesson at 10 and then a birthday party in the afternoon, and M has travel soccer way out in Leesburg.
Lots of movement in lots of directions!
Other progress:
-We're working on N's Halloween costume (traffic light)
-We finally filed all of N's schoolwork in a new Kindergarten binder
-SSAT and school stuff is coming along
