I was so tired last night that I fell asleep while uploading photos to this post. Here is the post with photos! A day late.

Much excitement this weekend!

Playoffs: Nats lost on Friday night, which was depressing and one of the worst games I've been to. But they WON last night with a very dramatic 8th inning that turned things around. #GoNats

Sports: M had no soccer but A had a double tennis lesson/practice today and N had soccer yesterday. And I ran the Army Ten Miler this am. It was hot and humid and a little rainy, and the race organizers decided 5 minutes before I crossed the finish to stop official scoring because so many people were wilting and being taken away by EMTs. I think it was a PB for me but it was definitely not my best race in terms of how I felt.

My friend Mary came to run the race with me and we went to Sarah's last night where she was having a birthday dinner for John. N came with me and he was very enthusiastic. "There's a baseball table and a talking table. No talking at the baseball table unless you talk about baseball." He also insisted on passing out the party hats and ensured everyone wore one.

M&A babysat for a new kid last night – Dax – and they got a text from his mom this morning that when he woke up, he was talking about how much fun had had with them last night. So sweet.

Daddy took N to the Ken Cen yesterday to see Dan Zanes, which N enjoyed. He met DZ afterwards too.

I must take some pics of some Miis that A created on the Wii. They are impressive.
