We had a busy weekend here with the Kinches in town. But we managed to squeeze in a few family dinners, including True Food last night with the Kinches and here at home with Grandma tonight. The girls went to a surprise party yesterday for Harper, they did a school project today involving taking photos in Georgetown, and M went to bootcamp with me this morning. School summer projects are due tomorrow so that was a bit of a sprint tonight. N did lots of good biking today at the Lafayette track and helped me make cucumber soup. He and I have a goal to do one Lego project every week, and yesterday we did a police car / bad guy on motorcycle project. Daddy and N did a lot of reading together and played Candy Land, and he and all three kids played the Game of Life yesterday. We went to the Cathedral yesterday to visit with a friend and went to the Observation Deck to see a lovely view of DC. N went with me to wish Anil a happy birthday at Tuvana's on Friday. Lots of family time!

This afternoon at Lafayette, N said that he thinks the reason Daddy had his bike accident is that he wasn't using training wheels anymore. Possibly true.
