Last Day At The Cape

We had a lovely afternoon today at Dana and Rob's gorgeous house in Falmouth. It was relaxing and so beautiful there. We had a yummy lunch – the girls made homemade pizzas – and then A and N went swimming (warm water, cool day) and M and I made a dent in a very difficult jigsaw puzzle that Dana was struggling with. A very fun way to spend the afternoon. Then we drove to Triangle Pond and found the house where we used to vacation when I was little. I took a video of the house:

Then it was back to Osterville and the penny candy store for candy and souvenirs. Finally home to have another clean-out-the-fridge dinner and pack up. Tonight we organized all the separate candy bags and are hanging out doing not much of anything. It's 12:18 and we leave in the AM. So another quick post from me.

We're going to miss the Cape so much! We had a great time. Places we visited:

Hyannis-Barnstable-Craigville Beach

Dennis

Brewster

Wellfleet

Chatham

Falmouth

Sandwich – a little

It's my new favorite vacation spot.
