We are here in the OBX. We drove most of the day today – thank you, Virginia, for having the worst traffic in the world. Slowdowns, stops, backups, for NO REASON.

But we made it here just as the sun was setting. We're in a lovely house right on the ocean. We have 4 BRs and a big open living area. We unpacked and went out to dinner at a restaurant nearby called Aqua. Delicious. Now we're home and, after lighting the lights and opening presents, the girls and I are watching a movie and Daddy is dozing and N's asleep.

A was a huge help in the car today keeping N occupied. She sang to him and played games with him and watched his videos. It was so cute.

M is loving her word search book and even worked on it outside on the deck tonight in the dark!

I got two DC t-shirts I really wanted.

M got a sweater from Tuvana, a book she wanted, a Deal sweatshirt and a necklace charm.

A got a sticker book (she wanted it!), a sweater from Tuvana, a Deal sweatshirt and a necklace charm.

N got a squeezy caterpillar and a game/building thing called Squigz that suction to each other.

We also got a jigsaw puzzle from Tuvana. Thank you!!
