Here are some things going on here this week:

1. N was supposed to go to Butler's with his class tomorrow, but it's going to rain so the trip was moved to next week (after Halloween). So sad!
2. M is creating a Facebook page on a posterboard for her Spanish class.
3. A is fighting a cold.
4. The girls are having a piano recital at Grandma's on Saturday evening.
5. The house is split in its World Series allegiances: M and I want the Indians to win and Daddy and A want the Cubs to win.
6. We are having work done on the siding on our house, and it has been very loud here when the workmen are working.
7. There is no school for the next three Fridays – end of the grading period, then parent teacher conferences, and then Veteran's Day.
8. We are hosting the parents' potluck dinner for N's class in a few weeks. He's very excited that his teacher may be in his house.
9. N is healthy this week – yay!
10. It's getting to be cold and dark here! 38 and dark through all of bootcamp this AM. Boo.
