The girls do not have school tomorrow. Annelise is here and they are playing The Game of Life downstairs. It sounds like they are having fun. Of course, it's too late and they need to go to bed.
Some cute N updates:
Yesterday, when I got home from work, he told me that everyone from his class had come over to see his house. Huh? I asked him if he wanted to have everyone over to see his house, and he said no, that they had come to see the house, and that they had seen the roofers on the roof. Well guess what? His class DID come over to see his house. His teacher told me today that on Mondays, the class is a little smaller because some kids only go T-F. They often go for walks, and yesterday they decided to walk up our street. When they got to the corner 1/2 block away, they wanted to turn around and go back, but N said, "No! My house is right there!" He pointed to our house, so they decided to keep walking. And sure enough, he pointed out our house and they all watched the roofers at work!
Meanwhile, N asked me today if he had therapy this afternoon. (He doesn't – it's on Thursdays). He said, will I be seeing Gabriele [speech] or Kim [movement]? I explained that he's now seeing Kim for movement to help him with moving around, but that he may go back to seeing Gabriele to help him speak better. He likes Kim but I think he prefers therapy with Gabriele. She emailed me today and said she saw him at school, and he told her he thought she should come and play with him instead. She misses him too. 🙂
Tomorrow we are getting A tested to see if she has lactose intolerance.
