We are in Seattle!
We had an easy trip out on Friday night. We ended up with two first class upgrades because Daddy has Global Services on United. The best way to work it out was to give the girls the two seats, so they had a *very* nice flight. A said she was served the best chicken she'd ever had, and they had fresh, hot s'mores at the end of the flight and warm chocolate cookies. N did well on the flight. He watched lots of movies and also did some little activity books. No crying. No sleeping either, thanks to his medicine. So he was a sleepy boy when we got to his cousins' house.
Yesterday we had bagels in the morning and then took a ferry to Bainbridge Island to check out their farmer's market. We all loved the ferry and city views. The farmer's market was small but we had crepes and ice cream for lunch and headed back. After N's nap in the afternoon, the kids played outside – M and Ben playing catch, and A playing basketball and jumping rope. We had some tired kids last night!
Yummy dinner: grilled salmon and lots of vegetables.
It has been a great visit so far! There are a lot of photos on the camera, but here are a few from my phone:
It is now Sunday morning. Half of us are up and half are sleeping. It's chilly here but not raining!
