I was a bit tired the last two nights and fell asleep before I could post. Here's what's been going on here the last few days.
1) The weather is better! It's warmer and the snow is almost all melted. And with Daylight Saving Time on Sunday the days are longer! YAY! The girls are now wearing their spring Nationals jackets.
2) Daddy is back! He got back this morning. YAY!
3) The girls are making progress on their interviews for their research reports. M emailed Morgann Rose tonight to ask if she could ask some questions about Misty Copeland, and A is going to talk to a friend of mine about her dog, who is trained as a therapy dog.
4) The little boy likes to "talk about the day" evert night before bed. It's so cute. New favorite books: Olivia and the Missing Toy, Guess Who I am?, Green Eggs and Ham, and Dandelion.
5) Our next book club book is Holes. The girls have read it, but I have only gotten through the first 20 pages or so.
6) The Winter Dance has not been rescheduled yet.
7) M is going to participate in Pi Day, which means she is memorizing pi to many digits. So far she has memorized the first 110 (!) digits.
8) The Nats won a preseason game today 9-2, but we are sad that Spannie had surgery and is out 4-6 weeks and Rendon was injured on Monday too.
OK, that's the news!
