Today the girls and I spent lots of time together – we went to a Brown a capella group show put on by the Brown Club of DC and then had mother-daughter book club in the late afternoon. Now we are watching the Golden Globes, which has been fun. 

I've also had a lot of fun with the little boy. today. He has been so cute and entertaining. I wish I could remember all of the really funny things he has said today. After I put him down tonight, he was crying for me to come up about 20 minutes later. It turned out he had had a poop. I told him, "Nay-nay, you can just call me! You don't have to cry." He said, "No, I have to cry." 

He is also saying "thanks" a lot.

I tried to get him to eat the girls' leftover pasta from lunch on Friday. He looked at it and said, "No, I don't like that pasta."

I asked him if Lucky was going to poop on our walk, and he said, "No, I don't think so."

I gave him 2 marshmallows after dinner, and he said, "I like these, Mama."

Daddy is Pakistan for the week. We hope he has an easy, very safe trip.
