Daddy is back from his trip! Yay. He got back late this afternoon. Tonight, we all walked to BBM for ice cream and now Daddy is asleep and we are watching the late Nats game. (They are in Seattle.)

The girls have finished their first week of school! They seem to have enjoyed it. Today they had math and spelling diagnostic tests, which they said were challenging. After school, Annelise came over for a playdate, which seemed to go well.

Little N enjoyed some pool time in the backyard this afternoon. He could not have looked cuter out there.

I am going to Chicago for Kristen V.'s wedding tomorrow (hi KV and early congratulations!!!!). I will leave tomorrow morning and be back Sunday mid-day.
