We are now on city #2 in Croatia.
First was Split, which is just the coolest place. There is a downtown Old Town area which is thousands of years old, with ruins and a castle in the middle, where restaurants and shops have simply taken over. So while you're exploring the old town, you're also enjoying the people watching and browsing and eating at the same time. I've never seen anything like it. We had a nice dinner there on Thursday night, and then spent Friday browsing around during the day. On Friday night M&A went out, enjoying the lower drinking age, where they made a bunch of friends from all over the world. They had so much fun! And had a late night too.

Then we took a ferry on Saturday AM from Split to Vis, an island about two hours away by Ferry. This is such a gorgeous place. We have a beautiful Airbnb with a pool overlooking the harbor of Vis, and it is very relaxing. Yesterday was sort of cloudy and rainy but it has been just gorgeous today. We went out to a pretty dinner last night, and today we hired our driver from yesterday to take us around the whole island. What a gorgeous tour. Tonight we are meeting Jarrett and Tiana for dinner at the fort near Vis where we stopped en route back to our house.
