Yesterday was Dad's 55th birthday. (55!). We celebrated by going to Rose's Luxury for dinner. This was actually a rescheduled dinner from Nate/Grandma Sandy's birthday in June, when it stormed and we couldn't sit outside. (RL has only one outside table right in front of the restaurant.)We decided to move it to Dad's birthday instead.  Luckily the rain held off last night and we didn't have to worry. The food was yummy, especially the desserts, and we had a lovely dinner in the warm night.

We came home and M&A frosted a cake that M had baked the night before. The frosting didn't come out as expected, but the cake was still good!

Yes, that is a massive gummy worm, which will sit on the shelf next to the half-eaten massive gummy bear N ordered last time with the vaccine study payout.
