Today was the last Nutcracker performance of 2012. So sad! The girls were wonderful, as always. I am so proud of them. It can't be easy to get up on a stage in front of hundreds of people, and dance. And yet they have done it so many times, with such grace and confidence. And they are only 8!
They also had a secret Santa gift exchange today among the soldiers, which they loved.
Grampy came for Act I tonight and he loved the show too. He got to see the girls briefly when I collected them at the stage door.
Here are some pictures from today. Some are from M's camera backstage (some are a little blurry), and the bottom ones are of the girls with Noah Strand, who played Fritz last year and the year before. He was in the party scene this year.
