The girls had a performance tonight at the Warner. Special guests in attendance: Mrs. Powell (with ballet newbie Mr. Powell), Mrs. Yedwab and her daugher Audrey, and Amy/Sofia/Virginia. It wasn't the A cast, but it was still very good, and the audience was on the smaller side but very vocal and appreciative.The soldiers got applause at the barn door AND the figure eight. And Jared Nelson, Grandma's favorite, played Drosselmeyer, which he doesn't usually do.

Late night, though – didn't get home until almost 10, and Daddy has his annual camp drinks get together here tonight, so even once we were home it wasn't an early evening.

I got to see N at home before I took the girls downtown, and again tonight because he woke up when the girls went up the stairs. (Grrr.) I think we need to move his bed.
