My God What a Day

Whew!

That was one crazy day.

Girls got up pretty late, and then went off to Sunday School. Thankfully they are all caught up on homework and the online lessons. M had to leave early to go to baseball, so N and I went to pick her up and took her to her game. A joined us after Sunday School – she was dropped off afterwards by Naomi and Alida. Grampy also came to the game to cheer M on. And it was a great game! The Giants won (by a lot) and M had two singles.

Then the girls had their first rehearsal with the Company. It has been fun to hear all about the dancers playing the Rats and what happens in rehearsal. It sounds like the dancers were very nice to the girls and are very tall (A says one is 7-1).

After rehearsal it was time to go to Ellie's birthday party at BowlMor lanes. They had a good time – probably the first time they ever enjoyed bowling. They say they want to go back. Ellie had a great goody bag – some socks with a rainbow colored pattern, and some shoelaces with a star rainbow pattern.

So now we are all home and watching The Amazing Race. What a day.

N has a number of pajamas that have very cute designs on the feet. (Well done, Carter's!). Here are three of the designs on his feet:

This week I will feature photos from the parent observation day at the girls' ballet class and lots more of N and the girls.

Daddy had lots of QT with N today – and gave him a bath for the first time! – and he's home tomorrow with the kids because it is Veterans Day and I don't have the day off. I think he is going to take them to a museum.
