I wasn't able to post last night due to computer issues and the fact that I kept falling asleep. It was a stressful night. Nate wasn't feeling well when I got home from work, and he had a lot of vomiting last night after Imogene left. We were so worried that we called the doctor.The poor guy was so tired and drained by the time Daddy got home that he went right to sleep. Thankfully he slept peacefully, and woke to nurse at 4AM, which he didn't throw up after.
Today he was up most of the day! Very little napping. He spit up a bunch tonight, but nothing like last night.
Meanwhile the girls are totally back in the swing of things. Lots going on for M&A:
- Ballet, which they are both really liking this year – I think they like the teacher a lot
- M is joining a guitar ensemble which meets during recess
- M is also wanting to join the Math Club
- Grandma is resuming piano lessons tomorrow so they've been practicing a lot
- Reading every night – out loud to Mommy (M) and to herself (A) and filling out their reading logs
- Math homework
- Playing with their brother
The girls are the best and are getting more and more beautiful every day. I got them some cardigan sweaters that make them look so mature!
I bought N a cute toy that I read about on my friend Christina's blog yesterday. It arrived today and he loves it! Here is the toy:
