I've gotten behind on posts – way behind – and have a lot to catch up on.

We had a fun Thanksgiving week last week. M and A came home from college – YAY! – so the band was back together. It was great having them home. They were around quite a bit, which was great. We had a great dinner here with Grandma Dina, Grandpa Ron and Grampy – low key but with lots of food and a beautiful table. 

Some fun things from the week:

• Cooking food – Grandma and Dad made the torte, and I made a bunch of sides and the turkey. A helped me with the potatoes au gratin and M helped with the baked brie bites. I made way too much food. Typical Thankgiving.
• Watching the dog show. The basenji placed 4th in the hounds! But NONE of H's breeds got very far, and we were unhappy with the winner.
• We ran the Turkey Chase – Dad and I ran the 10k and M&N ran/walked the 2 mile fun run.
• A and I got ears pierced – her second on both ears and my second/third on right/left ears.
• Lots of pickleball – Dad and N
• Lots of A and Hobart time

Both girls went back to school on Sunday night. 🙁
