Today was the girls' 18th birthday!

It was a pretty mellow day, a rainy Saturday that erased Nate's sports games and shortened M's stay at the Flower Mart. The girls woke up and we opened some presents, and A finally drank the cider she carried back from France in her checked luggage. We celebrated her acceptance to NYU and all had some late morning cider. It was fun. 

Tonight, M and A each had a birthday celebration with their friends. M went out to dinner with her friend group at Meiwah and came back here for cupcakes. Sadly, Dylan still has covid so she didn't get to see him today, which was a big bummer. But she tested negative again… medical miracle.

A hosted a murder mystery party here for 19 friends. Everyone came in costume and stayed in character the whole night, which was impressive. I think they all had a great time! They all headed out around 10:30 for a Sidwell party, which gave us a breather to clean up and set the house in order again. Gilley was the dead person and Gus was the murderer.

I can't believe these amazing girls are EIGHTEEN. We are so proud of them!! And we love them so much.
