Playdate

After school today, M went home with a classmate with whom she wasn't excited to have a playdate. I am proud of her for going anyway, and doing the right thing, and then for having a good time and being open-minded. She said that it wasn't bad and that she actually had fun. They played with modeling clay, which she enjoyed doing. This is a boy in her class at school and at Sunday School, and also on her baseball team.

A is fighting a cold and wasn't feeling well when she got out of school, but she seemed much better by bedtime. A is getting more excited for the arrival of her baby brother. She talks to him a lot in my belly, and she tells him that she can't wait for him to come out and that she loves him. M is still not convinced, though she's getting a *llittle* more interested. Captain seems to be doing lots of acrobatics in my belly and seems to be very active. I hope he's not this hyper when he comes out!

I am sad to be heading out of town tomorrow. 🙁

I can see why Mom and Dad are so proud of “their” girls. They are wonderful. I hope A feels better. I’m so proud of all of you, including little “Captain.”
Love,
Aunt Ann
