I fell asleep last night without even turning on my computer. I can't even remember when, if not if, that has ever happened before. I started reading and then I fell asleep without blogging.

So… here's the update.

1. M is doing her announcement tomorrow AM. We will videotape it.

2. It has been an otherwise uneventful week – no cancellations or delayed openings.

3. Tonight the girls reorganized their stuffed animals – not sure what that means exactly.

4. Daddy returned from his trip yesterday and cat-in-the-hat-ed the fish back home. We are happy to have them – and him - under our roof again. And grateful for Emily and her family for taking good care of them.

5. I wrote this post about kids and reading, and am hoping that A will want to start the Harry Potter series soon.

And how is this for cute? This is A, M and their friend Emily, with their American Girl dolls and matching pajamas, at a sleepover at Emily's.
