Tonight for homework, A had to do possessives with her family, meaning she had to come up with "Mommy's ____", "Daddy's _____", etc. A always wants to pick words that will make people laugh. She did "Mommy's iPad", "Daddy's Blackberry" (both are eesh…), and then considered a number of options for M (all of which M rejected), like "M's gas", "M's hiccup" and "M's plate". M wanted things like "M's pillow pet", "M's boring book". A didn't like any of those, and went with "M's cheese" in the end. M was not happy.
