I was home today, as were the girls all day, as it was a "professional development day" at school.
We had two friends over for a playdate – Vivian and Lily. Everyone seemed to have a good time. They were here for almost 4 hours and there didn't seem to be any conflicts. It was all pretty easy. I got them a pizza for lunch and they were all excited. One of them said, "Your mommy's pizza is so good!" Hee!
Went to ballet with the girls too (I love being home on Wednesdays when it happens!). A is the smallest person in the class. (But one of the two cutest). They each had their moment to shine today. M was singled out as doing the best job at the barre – she paid very good attention and always used the correct leg, etc. – and A got kudos for doing two excellent flying leaps over a folded mat.
We had a fun night. I did some cartwheel training. We watched WoF, as usual, and also rewatched the YouTube videos from yesterday's post several times. Then we read these two books:
I’m not surprised at how great M and A are at ballet. They are so graceful and love the dance. You read them the cutest books. Thanks for sharing.
Love,
Aunt
