We were all far flung this weekend. M and Dad and N went to see Grandma Dina and Grandpa Ron in Pennsylvania. Sounds like they had a good weekend there and spent a lot of time on the lake. Dad used his new blow up kayak. Maybe Dad will share pics for me to post tomorrow.

A and I have been in LA since Wednesday and are heading home tomorrow. We have been looking at schools – 5 of them – which has meant a lot of time in the car and a lot of walking. We also spent a lot of QT with Jorge and Jill – a few dinners and lots of hours on the couch watching Olympics. It has been really fun to be out here and we've had a good time. A few highlights: scootering around UCSD today bc the walking tour sucked; driving to the top of the Bel Air hill; dinners with Jorge and Jill; the Farmer's Market (x2). It was a jam-packed 4 days!
