First of all – M is back! She got home around 7 tonight. We're so happy she's home! She had a really good time with Phoebe and her family. She rode a horse, jumped from a rock into a watering hole, and did a lot of Chinese class.

Meanwhile we've gotten to a few things around here:

1) We went kayaking on the Potomac today! Daddy has wanted to do this for years and we finally did. N and Daddy went in a 2-person kayak and I went in a single. It was very, very hot but also fun.

2) N and I have undertaken the project of reorganizing all the baseball cards.

3) We powerwashed the patio (and the overhang, etc. over the patio). It looks amazing.

N has also had more baseball lessons, on Friday from another high school baseball player. It went well and he learned a lot.
