Some good things that happened today:

1. N finished second grade! He had his final Zoom and how he's done. We celebrated with Shake Shack tonight. Despite some snafus with the dinner order (we ended up eating at 10), everyone was in good spirits and we had a fun dinner. At the end N was, of course, listening to the World Series commentary.
2. A new freezer finally came. It's half the size of the one e ordered originally, but it will help.
3. The yard is getting there. More seeds and sod are being installed tomorrow.
4. A got a great report card.
5. The girls enjoyed their first day of drivers ed, despite there being no cute boys.
6. M loved her first day of Policy Institute.
7. N and I had a nice bike ride. He's using a new bell from Grampy.
8. Did I mention that A made Chamber Chorus?
9. We got a new floatie for the pool – a big orange slice.
10. The weather was lovely.

So, not a bad day.
