I haven't posted in a little while. It has been a busy week! Wed was YK and we hosted our first ever break fast. That turned into a late night because it was Game 5 of the NLDS – and we WON! It was a very late but exciting game. Andrew and Leo stayed here for the whole game and didn't leave until 12:30. We tried to wake up N several times to tell him we had tied the game and then that we got ahead with a grand slam and then that we won, but we couldn't get him up. He is a very deep sleeper!

Poor A has been sick all week with a stomach bug. She missed school Wed (YK) and yesterday (sick) and went back today for most of the day. 

Tonight we are watching the NCLS Game 1 and M is at the Ken Cen with Grandma S seeing the Mariinsky ballet. They are on their way home. 

I got to see N in his element today at school. He seems pretty comfortable with the people in his class. He couldn't take a book out today because he already has three at home. He is having a playdate tomorrow with a friend from school and he's excited about it, which is maybe the first time he's been excited about a playdate!

It's Columbus Day weekend which means no sports! Kind of nice.
