N has been going to A LOT of baseball games lately!
We went to a Nats game the night before leaving for Eden’s BM. It was a crappy game! We lost! Here are M&A walking out of the metro:
Then, after we got back from NY, N went to two games in major grand style. First, he went to the Os game as a guest of Dave Marchick, who is a part owner. He got to go to batting practice, meet players, hang out on the warning track, and eat free food in the owner’s suite. He even met J.K. Simmons.
As if that weren’t enough, on Friday night he went to the Nats as Leo’s guest and sat in Diamond Club seats from Leo’s mom’s company. They got rained out in the 4th and came home early, and of course the Nats went on to lose later in the night, but they did get a lot of free food.
And tonight, N went to ANOTHER Nats game – another loss, this time to the worst team in baseball – with Dad, Sam and Henry. The stadium was empty so they got to sit close up, with no food lines, and only minimal rain.
N is excited to go to camp and to stop caring about the Nats. They are truly awful.
