We are heading into that very hectic time of year when there are a million things going on.
Over the last week, for example, N has had:
- Band concert
- Field trip to Silver Creek Middle School
- CCES Graduation Party for 5th Graders
- Vocabulary Parade
- First round little league playoff game
- N's 11th birthday party
WHEW.
Summary:
The baseball game was great. N's team won – he started and kept them to 2 runs – and they have the semifinals on Tuesday night against the dreaded Astros. N had a great game, including a 2RBI double. He was very excited.
The CCES 5th grade graduation party was fun. N managed to dunk 3 teachers in the dunk tank with his good aim and fast pitching. He had a good time.
His birthday party was a blast! 8 kids at ClimbZone. Everyone had a good time, hit the arcade for a little while and enjoyed cupcakes and snacks. Guests: Allen, Elliott, Ayan, Miranda, McKenzie, Lowell, Bennett and Nate.
Meanwhile, A is now in LA! So sad. She flew there yesterday and Dad is en route there now to help with first day logistics tomorrow, etc. She's in a big apartment all to herself – I wish there were more people around. Hopefully she'll make some friends in her internship program.
Ok, pics, and then I have to go to bed as it has been a LONG day.
