Today seemed to be a successful, if tiring, day.

GDS report: M has a fair amount of homework already tonight. She likes most of her teachers. We want her to consider dropping down a year in Spanish – level 3 may be too high. She likes Chinese a lot already. She made JV soccer – yay! She skipped travel tonight and has a game vs Bullis tomorrow. 

Sidwell report: A liked her teachers and got independent confirmation from some of our friends that she did really well in terms of who she got. She's going to switch to cross country and has to go to a 6AM practice tomorrow (it's too hot in the afternoon to run). She's already asleep and has been since around 9:45. That is early for her.

Lafayette report: Everything is humming along. Homework is optional this year and the projects they sent home for this week are pretty silly. N starts soccer practice tomorrow afternoon at 5:30.
