WOW, what a weekend.

Let's start with N's birthday party, which was today. Despite pouring rain and antisocial animals, it was a hit. Andrew L. told his mom it was the best party he'd ever been to (!), and Eli's dad just emailed me to say that Eli wouldn't take his zookeeper hat off all day today. We had 15 kids, all well-behaved, and we did get to see a panda close up. N said a few times that it was a terrible day (!), but we know he had a great time and that he enjoyed being with all those friends.

Today was also M's last soccer game with U14 Metros. It was POURING rain and a miserable day, but the girls played great and won 2-0.

I love this team and am sad that the year is over.

I am beat and it's 11:30, so more pics and color tomorrow.

N soccer / haircut for N / new bike for N's bday / cupcake making / open houses today / Nats win and loss / errands for N / 2 HelloFresh dinners / Glee episodes / birthday presents / Passport to History with Daddy / chess and reading with Daddy.

So much to report, so little time. N is almost 6!
