This morning I volunteered in A's art class. They were doing yarn weaving. I am very proud of A because she took on a very hard project- weaving a heart in her pattern, rather than just rows or blocks of color. She got so into it that she went back to art during recess to work on her weaving. Here are some pictures.

(An aside, A loves when I come to her classroom for any reason, and she proudly held my hand and kissed me a few times as we walked from her classroom to art. I love that. And I love that everyone called me "Alexa's mother").
