Whew- what a weekend! The girls had Nutcracker auditions and callbacks. They went well. We will find out on Thursday what parts they've been assigned. There are more kids wanting parts than parts to be had this year, but I think that given the girls' prior experience with Nutcracker (and Alice and Cinderella), they have a good chance of getting in. They are most likely going to be assigned Soldier roles again this year, as it's typical for Soldiers to have that part for more than one year.

In addition to Nutcracker-related activities, we also had a soccer game (A), ballet class, and Sunday School on the calendar. A's team won. M missed baseball, unfortunately, because it conflicted with the first day of auditions.
