Daddy and I went to Back to School night tonight, where we heard from the girls' teachers, sat in their seats at their desks, and learned about the school year ahead. We were very impressed with the teachers and are confident that the girls are in great hands this year! They will have lots of writing assignments, including a monthly book report, and have to get through a lot of math facts this year. We saw some cute things that the girls made which I will scan and post tomorrow.

Note the little symbols she drew to describe herself: twin redheads, a baseball, ballet slippers, and (AW!) a little finger wrapped around her index finger – Nate's!

Meanwhile N had a playdate after school today! My friend Christina came over with her daughter Ella, who was born on June 2, just a week before N. Here is a photo of the two of them:
