We are heading up to NY tonight for the weekend. It is baby Sydney's first birthday, and coincidentally, the same weekend that I am going with Grampy to the New York Times Crossword Tournament (his 70th birthday present). We are looking forward to the trip!

The girls didn't have school today. They had a picnic at the playground with Molly and Eve, and rode scooters up by the school. Right now they are at a playdate with their friend Alli, from M's class. Fun day off for them! And the weather is warm, which is a real treat. They are wearing sundresses and tank tops.

We told the girls this morning the exciting news that we are going to take them to California for spring break! They will get to see San Francisco. We are very excited for them to see the city where Daddy and I met.
