Lots going on over the last 2 days. Highlights:

• Girls had FluMist this morning. Now all the people over 6 months old in the household have goten the flu shots/mist, so hopefully we will be healthy this winter!
• A tried out for a solo at Notebusters today! She had told me that she wasn't going to try out for one, and was adamant about it, and then she called after school and said that she tried out. I am so proud of her!
• M has picked out a non-fiction book for her October book report – a book about dolphins. So cute! And A is going to do her report on A Very Young Dancer.
• A's periodontist has declared her healed from her frenulectomy.
• Daddy is in London and gets back tomorrow night.
• Grandma Sandy has helped me out the last two nights since I have had my hands full!
• A had to answer some questions about the election in her homework tonight. One of them was "What would you ask the candidates if you could?" She wrote, "Why do you want to be president, Mitt Romney? WHY?"
• A thinks that Mitt Romney seemed nicer in the debate than she thought he would be.
• M has read 1 1/2 Wimpy Kid books in the last 36 hours.
