We've had a number of transportation challenges in the last week.

Nate's school bus driver has COVID, or is filling in for someone who has COVID, and his bus hasn't been running since break. So he needs a ride to and from school every day.

Imogene's car wouldn't start on Friday. Turns out it needed a new starter. And then this morning the radio wasn't working so she had to take it back to the Exxon station. It is now fixed.

And… 30 minutes before A's English exam… the girls' car wouldn't start. So Dad rushed her to school and then AAA came and gave it a jumpstart. Fingers crossed it works tomorrow!

2022 off to a rocky start! But we are all still negative for COVID and the schools are still open. Thinking positive!

N has asked for a bulletin board so that he can create one of those things where you put up photos (Polaroids) and connect them with string to solve a mystery. Like this:

And he has been taking pics of the family to put on the board.
