The girls performed tonight. I did clown and soldier makeup but didn't see the show in the theater. I did watch the girls from the depths of backstage on the crappy TV set that they keep in the entryway so that people can keep an eye on what's going on. I didn't walk the girls up to the wings this time but instead read the book club book downstairs. From what I saw, the girls were great, and they had a good time with the other clowns – Eliza Grace, Isabelle, Aliora, Catherine, Casey, Grace and Maxie.

N unwrapped a present before bed tonight but we weren't home. He opened a present from Aunt Darrah and Uncle Jason which he LOVED – a little airplane and luggage carrier/truck. He has also been playing a lot with the barn/tractor from last night.

Tonight, the girls opened presents they had gotten for each other: M got A a head scratcher and these huge Wubble balls that we haven't blown up yet, and A got M dancing water speakers. Needless to say, both girls were thrilled.

Tomorrow is the last day of school before break!
