Lots to report! We are back from a whirlwind college tour and it is Father's Day!

M&A and I went to Evanston on Friday. We took a tour of the beautiful Northwestern campus in the afternoon and then had dinner with the Hahns in Glencoe. It was a beautiful night in IL and we had a good time. Then we woke up early Saturday AM and drove to Ann Arbor to tour the University of Michigan. We then drove to the Detroit airport and flew home. A very jam packed two days. Both girls liked Northwestern; Michigan got mixed reviews because it is so big and not near a big city. But we had a good trip and it was helpful to see two more schools plus a drive-by at U Chicago.

Today is Father's Day! We went to the Tidal Basin and rented paddle boats and then had a picnic nearby. It was a gorgeous night even though today was very hot.
