Bad news – N has covid.

He was sniffly last night, but just a little. Dad decided to give him a covid test this AM, and it was immediately positive. Such a bummer. He feels fine, but he has covid, so that means:

• No soccer game today
• No baseball game today
• No Nebagamon brunch tomorrow with other DC kids
• No in-person piano lesson tomorrow
• NO BAND CONCERT ON MONDAY, WHICH IS THE SADDEST OF ALL
• No school for at least some of next week

We will take it day by day, and hopefully he will test negative soon. We have tickets to two Nats games this week so maybe he'll get to go to one or both. They were carefully picked, so it is a bummer.

M is on the Selma trip. We've barely heard from her but it sounds like she is having a good time so far. It's sort of a relief that she's out of the house because then she can't get covid.

A had her friend group over for swimming today. They seemed to have a good time. Tonight she saw a Sidwell band play in Bethesda.

Sending good healing vibes to N. One fun thing: the weather has been so warm at night that N and I have started walking H at like 11PM. It's really serene and H seems to love it.
