Cupcakes, Books and Kidville, 2nd Attempt

For some reason, yesterday's post didn't make it onto Feedblitz. So here it is again:

Tonight the girls and I made vanilla cupcakes from scratch. They
are good. Not AMAZING, as I had hoped, but good. Frosting from scratch
too.

The girls have a three day week – yesterday off and Friday off too.
For me, that means two lunches I don't have to make. On tap for Friday:
haircuts and flu mist.

N and I went to the Kidville class again this morning. He was very
annoyed because there was a little trampoline that had been open during
open play yesterday but was blocked off for most of class today. He
wanted to go on it and couldn't understand why he wasn't allowed to. He
is getting more interactive during class and doing more of the things
that the instructors have planned.

N does the cutest thing – when he wants you to do something with him,
he takes your hand and walks you over to where he wants you to go. It's
so sweet when he reaches out to grab your hand.

Tonight he pulled about 20 books off his shelf and flipped through all of them. SO CUTE.
