N has said some really cute things lately.

Today he was talking to Lucky, and he said, "Mama, I want Lucky to talk to me." 

Yesterday, he ate something good, and then said, "My tummy is saying, 'That is yummy!'"

When we go to school on days I am not going in to the office, I like to walk instead of drive. N always wants to drive. Today I told him that it was healthier for both us and the earth when we walk. I explained that cars give off gasses that aren't good for the earth, and that the gasses come out of the little pipes in the back of the car. Now he likes to look at all of the cars and find the exhaust pipes. What I love is that I told him about the pipes last Friday when we were walking to school, and we haven't talked about them since. Then when we left this morning, he said "Mama, where are those circles on the car with the smoke?"

Today Ellie came over after school. N was very protective of the girls' stuff when she was there, telling her that it belonged to the girls and she had to give it back.
