The girls must have stayed up pretty late last night, because they both took catnaps today, which they rarely do. A fell asleep on the couch at Grampy and Nana's house, and M fell asleep on her bed as soon as we got home. Very unlike them! Apparently they only got about 6 hours of sleep last night.

After the girls came home from Alida's, which included breakfast at the Chevy Chase Club buffet, they hung out at home for a bit, and then we went to Grampy and Nana's for a swim. We took N in the pool and he seemed to love it. He's very comfortable in the water.

Tomorrow starts Camp Mom. Today M told Daddy that while she loves camp, she is happy to have some time off from camp, with nothing planned. Nothing planned, I say? We have lots to do. Tomorrow we will go to Target to finish off the school supply shopping. Yesterday, I asked M if she would go over the list of what we need, and help me check off what we already have bought. She was SO excited. She ran over to the bag of supplies and said, "This is the greatest day of my life!" SO cute.
