We are headed to NY tomorrow for Aunt Darrah's baby shower. We will drive up tomorrow morning and return mid-day on Sunday.

The girls are very excited. Tonight, M helped me pack. She wanted to have a separate suitcase, so we packed a Dora bag (the yellow wheely bags) for each girl. She also wanted to wear to the shower an outfit that was "like a baby outfit, but a kid's size". We couldn't find anything that fit the bill, so she settled on a black and white top with black pants.

Last night, I offered the girls watercolors or Wii. They picked Wii. Tonight we tried watercolors, and it was NOT a success. They didn't enjoy it much at all. Well, M didn't like it, and A did it for a few minutes and liked it, but then got distracted and never resumed.

Looking forward with lots of time with the girls and the extended family this weekend.
