Very little of interest to report today. Kids are doing their school thing; N is watching postseason games from 2019 and zooming with friends (while playing games online) when he isn't doing school stuff. The girls have been holed up in their rooms all day doing work. Daddy and I have been on and off calls all day. This is what life is like here now. When school is out there will be more interaction with the kids, but less structure, so there is definitely a tradeoff. Unseasonably cold weather is also keeping us inside. Hopefully after this week we'll get some summery weather and can be out more.

Not the most uplifting post! I'm trying to stay positive but it is not always easy.

Plans underway for N's birthday.

Hopefully gas will be connected to new pool heater soon.

On the plus side I am surrounded by amazing books to read. If I could only focus…
